Here's what to expect when you work with me

Getting an estimate:

Just shoot me a text message. I'll either look your property up online and use satellite imagery to give you an estimate, or come out to meet you in person if necessary or if you just want to meet me before hiring me. If you can't be home to meet me, I can go by and take measurements, assuming I have access to all areas that need servicing. Once I have visited the property, I'll give you an estimate via text message.

Getting scheduled:

Once you're ready to put me to work, let me know and I'll get you on my calendar.

The day before:

The day before your cleaning is scheduled, I will send you a reminder via text message.

Please prepare all areas to be cleaned by moving any obstacles away from those surfaces. This includes items such as vehicles, outdoor furniture, basketball hoops, kids’ toys, etc.

The day of service:

I will show up on time. If I'm running late, I'll text you to let you know as soon as possible.

Once I arrive, I'll come knock on your door and say hello if you're home. If you're not home, I'll text you to let you know I've arrived.

Once the job is complete, I'll come knock again so we can walk the job together and make sure everything is right. If you're not home, I'll send you a few pictures of the cleaned surfaces.

After service:

If you weren't home at the time of service, please walk the job at your earliest convenience and let me know if you find any missed spots or anything you're not satisfied with. You can send me pictures and I'll come back out to make it right.

I provide professional pressure washing and stain removal services for driveways, walkways, patios, porches, siding, fences, and more. If it's a flat surface on the ground, you can be pretty sure I'll clean it! If you're still unsure, just shoot me a text message to inquire.
You bet! Just shoot me a text message with the type(s) of stain(s) you've got and I'll confirm with you if it's something I can handle.
Regarding fences, it's on a case-by-case basis. Some fences are behind lots of trees, shrubs, etc., making it infeasible to properly clean them. Assuming I can have full access to the fence, it shouldn't be a problem. When it comes to siding and roofs, I steer away from those due to liability and injury-risk issues.
Most jobs take 1–3 hours depending on the size and type of surface. I’ll always give you a time estimate upfront so you know what to expect.
Not necessarily! As long as I have access to the work area and a water source, I can take it from there. If you are home when I arrive, I'll come say hello before getting started and I'll let you know when I'm finished so we can do a post-cleaning walkthrough and make sure everything looks good to you. If you're not home, I will take a few pictures of the cleaned areas and send them to you via text message. If you later find a spot I missed or something that isn't quite right, just let me know and I'll come back and take care of it!
If it's possible, please move any vehicles, outdoor furniture and other obstacles from the area to be cleaned. If that's not possible, I can always work around those items, moving them as necessary, the obvious exception being vehicles. Please park any vehicles on the street or elsewhere so I can access the driveway surface.
Oregon weather is tricky! I have rain gear and will typically keep working in light to medium rain, however I’ll keep an eye on the forecast and reschedule if needed.
Nope! I use surface-appropriate pressure and tips for every job — no wood-splitting, concrete-scarring. The only exception is for old and/or damaged painted surfaces. Some paint peeling will be unavoidable, and you should plan to do some paint touch-ups after the surface has been cleaned and dried. Pressure washing an old painted surface is a great way to prepare it for a fresh new coat of paint, so you could also take the opportunity to get a new coat of paint on that back deck! I will be happy to recommend a local painter for touch-up work and fresh coats.
It certainly can if you want it to, but for healthy paint, pressure washing at the appropriate pressure setting is harmless. However, if the paint is old and/or damaged, some paint peeling will be unavoidable, and you should plan to do some paint touch-ups after the surface has been cleaned and dried. Pressure washing an old painted surface is a great way to prepare it for a fresh new coat of paint, so you could also take the opportunity to get a new coat of paint on that back deck! I will be happy to recommend a local painter for touch-up work and fresh coats.
The chemicals I use to remove stains are safe once dry, however you should plan to keep all kids and pets inside your house while I am cleaning.
Having a fresh & clean driveway, walkway, etc. won't increase your property value, but if those surfaces are dirty, it will decrease curb appeal, decrease showings, increase time on the market, decrease the number of offers you receive and decrease the likely offer price range you can expect from potential buyers. The drop in offer price is bound to be much greater than the cost of cleaning those surfaces before listing your house for sale.
Absolutely! A clean exterior will increase showings and decrease your vacancy rate. Even getting a tenant secured 15 days sooner will save you more money than the cost of cleaning all the exterior surfaces.
For pressure washing, nothing more than water is required. For stain removal, I use cleaning solutions that are completely safe for your family, pets, and landscaping.

Absolutely. I offer free, no-obligation estimates to all customers. Just shoot me a text message with your address and the services you'd like to have performed at your house. I can provide estimates for most jobs using satellite imagery to view your driveway, walkway, etc. and take measurements. If I am unable to see what I need to from the satellite imagery, I am also happy to set up a time with you to come out to your house and take a look in person. Or, if you'd just like to meet me and shake my hand before deciding whether or not to hire me to clean your property, I completely understand and am more than happy to come out and meet you in person and give you an estimate face-to-face.
I sure do! If you sign up for annual cleanings for an area outside your house (driveway, walkway, porch, patio, etc.), I will knock 10% off the regular price. If you sign up for biannual cleanings, I'll knock 15% off the regular price.
